The contact form sends data through server-side infrastructure and a technical email service. The data are not saved by the site in databases, CRM systems, Google Sheets, or other automated internal archives.

• personnel or collaborators authorised by GREEN GAS POWER, within the limits necessary to manage requests;
• Netlify, as technical provider for hosting, publication, and infrastructure management of the site;
• Cloudinary, as technical provider for hosting, optimisation, and delivery of website images;
• Supabase, as technical provider for the database and management of gallery and operating-sector content, when configured;
• Resend, as technical provider for sending emails generated by the contact form;
• any parties or authorities to whom disclosure is mandatory by law.

Technical providers process data according to their respective contractual terms and security measures.

Some technical providers used for the operation of the site and the contact form may also operate outside the European Economic Area.

In such cases, data transfers take place in compliance with applicable law, on the basis of adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Data received through the contact form are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, in any case, for a maximum period of 24 months from receipt, unless further retention is necessary.

If the request gives rise to a pre-contractual, commercial, or contractual relationship, the data may be retained for the time necessary to manage the relationship and to comply with administrative, tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

Technical logs of the site are retained by the hosting provider according to its technical policies and for the time necessary to ensure the security, maintenance, and operation of the infrastructure.

Providing data through the contact form is optional. However, failure to provide the required data prevents GREEN GAS POWER from properly receiving and handling the request.

Completing the checkbox relating to acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy is necessary to send the form.
